Stress Activity Moderator SAM
SAM is a combination of a smart watch with an application that monitors the stress level. With this information SAM can notify the user that they are feeling stressed and suggest a stress reducing activity. The stress reducing activities that SAM suggest are based on the prefernces of the user as well as the knowledge SAM gains on how effective an activity was at reducing stress. SAM can also link you to any colleagues that are also in need of relaxation to do an activity together.
